Most realtors for some reason skip this step and won’t tell sellers what they need to do to maximize the desirability of their home.
Pictures are worth a thousand words. Attracting buyers to look at your home is the key to selling your home. Having pictures that don’t show your house in its best light or its best features are useless, yet a lot of realtors still take these photos and put them on their listings. I have been doing photography as a hobby for a long time and have sold numerous pictures over the years. My pictures of your home are professional quality and since I know what the selling points of your home are, they will be highlighted in these photos.
I guarantee the quality of my service. Unless you were referred to a realtor from a friend, you really have no way of knowing the quality of service you will get from your realtor. I am one of the few Realtors in Bend who are QSC certified which means that I have received service training from a third party company (qualitycertified.org) that monitors my transactions and sends questionnaires to my past clients to make sure I am providing quality service.
